On this web site we offer FREE DOWNLOADS for documents related to real estate transactions and general real estate information.  To view and or print most of these items, you will need to have one of the following programs:

Some of the file posted within this web site are in MS Word® format so you may fill in the needed areas after downloading.  If you do not have Word, you may still download the same files, but only in one of the two formats below.

  • Adobe Acrobat® or Acrobat Reader®;

    Adobe Acrobat Reader® is a freely available program.  It will be needed to view and/or print the '*.pdf' files found within this web site.  It is also the method of which all closing packages are posted on this site for downloading or sent via email by Gullett Title.

  • Kodak Image viewer®.

    Most of the restrictions are in 'tif' or 'tiff' format.  Most any image viewer will work as long as it supports viewing and printing a 'multi-page tif' file.

    Windows 95/98 provides this as an image viewer that works very well to view and print these images. In early versions of Windows 95 the application is known as Wang Imaging and later versions use Kodak Imaging.  If you have the initial version of Windows 95, you may not have either imaging applications available to use. In this case, it will be necessary to go to the Microsoft Support Site to download and install a free version of Imaging for Windows 95 Version 1.0.

    If you are using Windows XP, you will need to download a browser plug-in such as the free one, AlternaTIFF,  available from Medical Informatics Engineering since the fax viewer in Windows XP cannot view our images like earlier versions of Windows. If you choose to use AlternaTIFF, choose option 1. ActiveX control, auto-install. 

    If, when you attempt to print a document image from Imaging for Windows, the document is printed in all black, please refer to Microsoft Knowledge Base article Q189764.

Company Profile

Over the past 31 years, we have been amassing a complete, in house titleplant.  We currently have all of the Public Records for Putnam County on site, together with all Plat Maps for recorded subdivisions.  We also were one of the first Title Companies to have emailed closing packages and have been doing so for over a decade enabling an even quicker turn-a-round period.  Currently, we have on staff 5 Senior Closers, 3 Junior Closers and 2 Full Time Abstractors and three abstractors totaling over 150 years of Title Insurance, Real Estate Closing experience.

We are authorized agents for two Title Insurance Underwriters;

Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, the largest title insurance organization in the world, and;

United General Title Insurance Company, the largest agency only title insurance underwriter.
